Kristen Bailey joined Forward Ventures in July of 2000. She supervises financial reporting and accounting for Forward's limited partnerships, general partnerships, and its services corporation, as well as performing investor relations for the limited partners. In addition, Bailey serves as interim controller of start-up portfolio companies under development at Forward, establishing accounting and administrative infrastructures for the companies.  
 
Prior to joining Forward Ventures, Bailey was a financial accountant at Advent Venture Partners, located in the U.K. She received her B.A. in business economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her MBA from San Diego State University.
